Glesona Collection

04 / Methodology

Selecting with Considered Intention.

The Glesona Collection follows a structured set of principles when selecting body care formulations and daily supplement ranges for the catalogue.

The Approach

Glesona Collection selects products under a framework of ingredient transparency and documented supplier standards.

Glesona Collection is an independent wellness catalogue presenting body care and daily supplement selections. The catalogue is not affiliated with any commercial, governmental, or institutional body.

Each item in the catalogue is reviewed for ingredient transparency before listing. Supplier documentation is requested where available. Corrections are noted in the catalogue record, and the selection team discloses any commercial relationships that could influence inclusion.

Our Selection Process

Five Sourcing Principles

01

Ingredient Transparency Review

Every body care formulation and supplement complex considered for the catalogue is reviewed against a checklist of declared ingredients. Products where the full ingredient listing is unavailable or withheld are not included. The selection team requests a complete INCI listing or nutrient breakdown from each supplier before review proceeds.

02

Independent Supplier Review

Suppliers are assessed independently against documented quality standards. Glesona Collection does not rely on self-reported quality certificates in isolation. Where possible, the selection team cross-references supplier documentation with independent specialist observations available in published sourcing registries and quality review databases.

03

Formulation Integrity Assessment

Body care formulations are reviewed for the coherence between their stated purpose and their ingredient composition. Vitamin and supplement complexes are assessed for nutrient concentration relevance relative to standard daily reference values published by appropriate regulatory bodies in the United Kingdom.

04

Sourcing Documentation

Products listed in the Glesona Collection catalogue are selected based on published ingredient research and reviewed for sourcing transparency before listing. Where a supplier provides origin documentation for plant-derived or botanical extracts, this is noted within the internal catalogue record maintained by the selection team.

05

Catalogue Correction Protocol

Where new information becomes available about an ingredient, a supplier, or a formulation change, the catalogue record is updated and the correction noted with a date. Products whose formulations change materially after initial listing are subject to full re-review before the updated listing is published.

Quality Framework

What the Selection Team Looks For

Declared Composition

Full ingredient listings are a prerequisite for catalogue consideration. No product enters the review process without a complete INCI or nutrient declaration from the supplier.

Origin Accountability

Botanical and natural ingredients are reviewed for origin documentation. Suppliers are asked to confirm the country of origin and extraction method for plant-derived components.

Formulation Relevance

Supplement complexes are reviewed against standard daily reference intake values. Formulations where declared nutrient levels are inconsistent with the product description are excluded from the catalogue.

Commercial Disclosure

The Glesona Collection selection team operates under a disclosure policy. Any commercial relationship between the team and a supplier is noted in the catalogue record and visible to readers.
